Manzil Dua is a collection of 33 Verses extracted from the Holy Quran. Manzil is a division to recite Quran is a specific time for convenience of those who read the Quran weekly.

The Holy Quran has 30 Sipara and 114 surahs. There are two types of surahs; Makhi and Madni. The Makhi surahs were revealed in Mecca and the Madni surahs were revealed in Madina. Surah-e-Fatiha is the first surah of the Holy Quran.

The text is divided into seven portions, each known as Manzil.  The purpose of the recitation of this composition is to protect mankind against the existence and activities of the evil powers, protection against the influence of the evil eyes on different aspects of life including business, marriage life, childlessness, happiness, sickness, depression and is an evident aid towards success in financial, personal and educational aspects of life.

Basically, the Manzil Dua is a collection of the following Verses of the Holy Quran.

1- Surah Al-Fatiha ( Chapter 1 ) Verses 1 to 7.

Holy Prophet(S.A.W) narrated that ‘I am leaving behind two things Quran and Ah-lul-bait.’

There are seven verses in Surah-e-Fatiha and it is said that this surah is both Makki and Madni because it was revealed in both Makkah and Madinah and is not complete without the recitation of this surah.

Surah Al-Fatiha is a cure for physical and also spiritual ailments. The Holy Prophet said that whoever recites this surah, will get the reward for reciting two-thirds of the Holy Quran.

Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq(A.S) has said that whoever cannot be cured by Surah Al-Fatiha, then there is no cure for that person.

It is written that if this surah is recited 70 times on any part of the body in pain will surely go away.  Let us pray to Allah to give us that to recite Surah Fatiha and present it as Hidayat to the Imam of our time.

2-Surah Al-Baqarah ( Chapter 2 ) Verses 1 to 5, 163, 255 to 257 and 284 to 286.

Rasul ullah said: ‘ Satan runs away from the house in which Surah Al-Baqarah is recited.’

Surah Al-Baqarah is the second longest Surah of the Holy Quran which was revealed in Madina. This surah has 286 verses/ayats.

‘The magicians cannot withstand it, it blocks attacks from magicians.’ – Muslim 804.

Surah Al-Baqarah helps to protect, the person who recites it against the evil eye, witchcraft, evil whispers, and it also brings immense barakah into one’s time and overall peace in life.

Surah Al-Baqarah brings greater reward on the day of judgement and adds blessigns in this worldly life.

3 Surah Al-Imran ( Chapter 5 ) Verses 54 to 56.

Surah Imran is a chapter that offers guidance, wisdom, and inspiration and reciting it regularly can bring numerous blessings to your life.

Surah Al Imran is considered good to pay off all debts, strengthen faith and conviction, increase focus, seek guidance and direction, overcome doubts and uncertainties, and a great source of finding comfort and solace.

4 Surah Al-Israh ( Chapter 17 ) Verses 110 to 111.

If someone sincerely prays to Allah for his religious and worldly needs by reading this Surah seven times, then all his needs will be fulfilled.

If a boy has a dull mind or has a dull mind, then write this Surah with musk and saffron, mix it and drink it, God willing, the mind will open and the boy will become eloquent.

5 Surah Al-Muminoon ( Chapter 23 ) Verses 115 to 118.

Our beloved Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq(A.S) has said that whoever recites Surah Al-Muminoon once every three days, his sins will be forgiven and he will become a God-fearing person.

6 Surah Al-Saafaat ( Chapter 37 ) Verses 1 to 11.

Recitation of Surah Al-Saafaat near a dying person Allah would make his death painless and easy.

The reciter of this Manzil dua would be credited with virtues 10 times more than the number of all the jinn and humans.

7 Surah Al-Rehman ( Chapter 55 ) Verses 33 to 40.

‘Which of the favours of your Lord you will deny.’ – Al Rehman

The person who recite Surah e Rehman everyday will get rid of all rizq problems.

8 Surah Al-Hashr ( Chapter 59 ) Verses 21 to 24.

Who asked Allama Tabatabi that I study in the university and even if I want to, I cannot escape from sins. Advise me such a dua that by reading it will increase my faith and wisdom and bring me success. 

Whoever recites Surah al-Hashr every night without restriction, it will guide him to the right path. Its consumption will increase faith and intellect.

Lord, let there be no doubt in our hearts for those who believe. And I will not harm anyone.

When you read this in prayer, faith and wisdom will automatically increase his mind powers.

9 Surah Al-Jinn ( Chapter 72 ) Verses 1 to 45.

After listening to this Surah, many jinns brought faith in the hand of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, hence it is called Surah Jinn.

This Surah is useful to eliminate the effects of jinn and devils. If a person is in prison and recites it, then he will be set free. If someone is afraid of losing his wealth, he should recite this surah on water and sprinkle it on the wealth to keep it save.  This Surah should be recited every night to avoid any grief or enemy.

10 – Surah Al-Kafiroon ( Chapter 109 ) Verses 1 to 65.

This Surah has immense benefits. Reciting it after the Fajr prayer is useful for preserving faith. It helps all the prayer accepted. If a sick person recites this Surah, he will be cured. The surah also help removing all the evils removed from the heart. If a child cries daily for no reason, reciting this surah at him will cure the child. This surah is also very useful for people who show laziness during worship.

11 Surah Al-Ikhlas ( Chapter 112 ) Verses 1 to 4.

Surah-e-Ikhlas is one of the most favourite Surah of Imam Hussain(A.S). He used to recite this Surah all day and night. This is the only Surah in the Holy Quran that completely reveals the oneness of God (Tauheed).

Saad Ibn-e-Maas was one of the closest Sahabi of Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W). His funeral was attended by thousands of angels. When the Sahabas asked Hazrat Muhammadd (S.A.W) the reason behind this incident. Rasool Allah (S.A.W) said that he has recited Surah-e-Tauheed all his life.

Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) said that the person who will recite Surah-e-Ikhlas before going to sleep at night, that is equal to reciting one Holy Quran. In another Hadith, Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) said that reciting Surah-e-Ikhas 3 times after every namaz will bring abundance of wealth and prosperity in life.

12-Surah Al-Falaq ( Chapter 113 ) Verses 1 to 5.

The parents should recite Surah-e-Falaq 3times on themselves and on their children to stay protected against all impact of black magic, bad incidents and evil eyes.

If any person is a victim of Black magic, recite Surah-e-Falaq 100 times and fuff of water for five days and make the victim to drink it regularly for five days. He would surely get rid of it.

If anyone has to present infront of a cruel ruler or manager, recite Surah-e-Falaq 3 times and fuff on yourself to have a successful meet.

Al-Falaq means “The Daybreak” or “The Dawn.” Surah Al-Falaq is the 113th chapter of the Quran and only consists of 5 ayats (verses) and emphasizes seeking refuge in Allah from the evils and harmful influences that may exist in the darkness of the night or in the form of envy, black magic, and evil whispers. It serves as a reminder of our reliance on Allah’s protection and guidance.

13-Surah Al-Naas ( Chapter 114 ) Verses 1 to 6.

Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) reads these surahs daily all the time. Allah gifted these surahs to Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) at the time of “Meraj”. Surah-e-Naas save us from the influence of jinns, black magicians and other evil powers who are intended to hurt mankind.

‘Naas’ means “The Mankind”. Surah An-Naas is the 114th chapter of the Holy Quran and is also available to read in Manzil Duas. It is the shortest and last surah and consists of 6 verses.

Reciting Surah-e-Naas highlights seeking refuge from Allah(SWT) against the temptations of evil Satan and its inclinations.

The Manzil Dua also includes Surah-e-Yaseen and Surah Al-Waqiah. It also includes the list of 99 Names of Allah. For the convenience of those who read the Quran in the week. The text may be divided into seven portions, each known as Manzil Dua.
